Abstract

This Regulation consists of 15 sections and contains provisions on the funding of intervention by the Natural Resources Conservation Board. Sections 2 to 7 are dedicated to the claiming of costs: the Board decides on the award or denial of claim and the intervener who made the claim, or the person liable for the payment of costs, may make a request to the Board to review the decision (sect. 5). Interveners may make a request to the Board for an advance of funds in respect of costs that can be reasonably anticipated (sect. 8). Under section 15, the Board may, on any conditions it considers proper, enlarge or abridge the time prescribed for doing anything by this Regulation.
