Abstract

Section 8 of the above-mentioned Act establishes a Fuel Oil Control Commission. This Commission shall: 1) recommend policies and pertinent measures concerning fuel oils control to the Cabinet for the purpose of preventing or eliminating causes of nuisance, damage or hazards to people; 2) make pertinent recommendation to the Minister concerning issuance of ministerial regulations and notification under the present Act; 3) oversee and coordinate work in general; 4) making recommendations to various authorities concerning storage, transportation, usage, distribution and other measure of control involving fuel oil.The text consists of 87 sections divided into 7 chapters as follows: General (1); The Fuel Oils Control Commission (2); Conduct of controlled activities (3); The State’s services with respect to fuel oils (4); Control and inspection (5); Penalty (6); Interim provisions (7).
