This Act aims to regulate the fuel trading. The Act consists of 8 Chapters: Fuel Trade and Transportation; Notification and publication of Information; Prevention and Remedy on Fuel Shortage; Determination and Control of Quality; Powers and Duties of the Competent Officer; License Revocation; Punishment; Transitory Provisions.
