Abstract

This Act, consisting of 62 sections divided into two Parts, provides for the conservation and utilisation of the present and future sources and supplies of fuel, energy, and power in and to Western Australia, the establishment and functions of the Fuel and Power Commission of Western Australia and the Fuel and Power Advisory Council, and for purposes connected therewith. The Act is divided as follows: Part I Preliminary; Part II Emergency provisions.
