Abstract

An Ordinance to implement the EU regulations on the common production of apples, pears and peaches. The text deals mainly with application procedures to be applied by the competent authority of the respective Land. On their part, the "Länder" have to forward the documents to the Federal Institute of Agriculture at the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles.
