All fruit shall be graded and packed at the packing shed appointed by the Minister under this Act. The Act also provides for the appointment by the Minister of an advisory committee called the Fruit Trade Committee. No citrus fruit or other fruit shall be removed or exported from a packing shed without the approval of the manager or a duly authorized representative.
