Abstract This mandatory Order shall not apply to products intended exclusively for exportation. Article 3 gives definitions of various types of jams, jellies, and marmalades. No person shall sell or import products covered by this Order which does not conform with definitions and rules laid down by this Order (art. 4). Furthermore article 4 contains requirements regarding labelling of products. Only raw materials corresponding to definitions given in the First Schedule may be used in the manufacture of products covered by this Order (art. 5).
