Abstract

This Regulation, composed of two Parts and 40 sections, gives definitions and makes provisions for the regulation of procedures in front of a Fines Committee. Part One gives definition. Part Two describes procedures in front of a Fines Committee. Section 2 establishes that an Indictment shall be charged by the Government Legal Counsellor upon request of the Fruit Board. Part Three gives general procedures related to the various committees. Section 27 establishes that decision taking and verdict giving, within the committees, shall be taken on a majority basis and all members must sign the committees’ documents. The committee’s chairman shall direct the Protocol procedures and shall sign it. Section 37 provides the committee with powers to make decisions in case of non-related legal arguments in the way to bring justice to the parts.
