Abstract This Regulation gives definitions and makes provisions for the exportation of citrus products. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 establishes rights and obligations regarding to the General Exporters Delegate in the Citrus Board. The Exporters delegate shall have voting rights whenever one of the following issues is treated: 1) general exportation politics; 2) marketing studies and publicity; 3) exportation products marking procedures; 4) exportation products packaging procedures; 5) general exportation issues. Section 3 lists the issues for which a legal board sitting is required. Section 4 provides with members listing procedures.
