Abstract This Act concerns the sale of fruits, plants and vegetables in Manitoba. Under the Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council may make regulations on grading produce, inspection, licensing of borkers and dealers, registration and licensing for the inspection of produce and on the transport and storage of fruits, plants and vegetable. The Act regulates inspections and enforcement, as well as offences and penalties. The Act is completed by two schedules that list fruits and vegetables to which the Act applies.
