Abstract

An Ordinance to implement EC guidelines within the framework of the common organization for fruit and vegetables on the granting of compensation to producer organizations for the withdrawal of fresh fruit and vegetables from the market. The "Agrarmarkt Austria" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. If an organization wishes to withdraw certain products or to carry out the distillation of certain products the above-mentioned "Agrarmarkt Austria" must be duly informed. Applications for compensation payments must be submitted on a special form addressed also to AMA. The Ordinance consists of 8 articles.
