To be frozen, foodstuffs has to be of first quality, the preparation and the freezing process has to be carried out with appropriate tools, once frozen the temperature has to be maintained at minus 18 C. Then, the Ordinance deals with issues, such as packing, marking and labelling. Finally, the Ordinance indicates penalties in case of violation. The text consists of 8 articles.
