Carcases shall be classified according to the standard systems of description prescribed by these Regulations and the marks prescribed by these Regulations shall be applied to carcases in accordance with these Regulations for the purpose of indicating their classification. These Regulations apply to the carcases of all bovine animals slaughtered at export premises, but excluding the following carcases condemned by a veterinary examiner in accordance with the Act and carcases weighing less than 150 kilograms.
