Abstract

The present regulations provide for the enforcement of the Canada Agricultural Products Standards Act. In particular, the lay down provisinos relating to fresh fruit and vegetable. The text deals with application, prohibition, exemption, test marketing, grades and standards, health and safety, packaging and labelling, import and interprovincial trade, inspection, administration, registration of establishments and operation and maintenance of registered establishments. Four Schedules are enclosed.
