Abstract

The present Regulation is made under section 77 of the Natural Products Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to aspects of quality and grade standards. The text consists of 30 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: Grades and standards (I); Packages and packaging (II); Marking (III); Intraprovincial trade (IV); Inspection (V); Detention (VI); Fees (VII). Two Schedules are enclosed.
