Abstract

These Bye-laws, made under the Freeport Bye-laws Act, provide rules for the navigation within the Freeport Area by or under the authority of the Port Authority, not including any area within the limits of the Harbour. It also prohibits the pollution of such waters by waste matter, dead animals or fish or oil and restricts other activities on such waters.
