Abstract

These Rules concern the administration of the Freeport Harbour and provide for the appointment of the Port Director for the purpose of controlling and administering the Harbour. The Rules also concern operations by vessels in the harbour and prohibit the pollution of harbour waters and the fishing from vessels in the entrance channel of the Harbour and, if the Director holds that such fishing would hinder navigation, other parts of the Harbour.
