The present Ordinance enters into force on 9 March 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Wild Birds Avian Influenza Ordinance 2006 (BGBl. I No. 80/2006). In particular, it replaces the Annexes dealing respectively with Protection zones (A), Surveillance zones around Austrian protection zones (B) and Surveillance zones around protection zones in other countries (C).
