The new section 68A allows for the making of contracts with forest landowners for the exclusive right to harvest, purchase, sell or to arrange for the harvesting, purchase or sale of forest produce. Registration of such contracts against title shall burden all subsequent owners of the land (sect. 68B). Registration of discharge of supply contract (sect. 68C). Section 72 (1) of the principal Act is amended accordingly to include regulations for the purposes of implementing these new provisions.
