Abstract The Implementation Regulation consists of 7 Chapters divided into 27 articles. Article 3 defines the state forests, public and private forests. Article 4 gives the definition of uncultivated mountain and field. Chapter 2 mainly deals with the ownership and the administration, the land that registered as forests land shall not be used as other purpose.
