It establishes norms and rates of authorized timber extraction, forest species subject to timber extraction and age of standing timber subject to felling. It also specifies frequency period of timber extraction and the types of reforestation methods. The period of validity of this Forestry Regulation shall be 10 years, from 1 January 2012 until 31 December 2021. Full text Russian Website www.mnr.gov.ru
