Abstract

A Regulation to provide for the granting and disbursements of credits to private parties and local authorities for the development of forestry activities. It shall be an implied condition of every loan that an agreement be made between the State and the owner of secured areas. The 12 regulations carry, inter alia, the following titles: General Basis of Applications (4); Special Applicants (5); Insurance (9); Forestry Encouragement Agreements and Plans of Operation (10); Locality Plans (11).
