These public bodies shall promote private forestry with instruments as provided for in the Forest Improvement Act and, in accordance with rules yet to be enacted, supervise the implementation of acts concerning private forestry (sec.1). The Boards of Directors shall include representatives of the private forestry sector (sect. 4).
