Abstract

These Regulations amend the Forestry Regulations 2017 by substituting regulation 13(3) for the following: (3) A person shall— “(a) in respect of development referred to in paragraphs (2)(a) or (2)(b), submit(i) an EIS with his or her application, and (ii) details of registration of the application requiring environmental impact assessment with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, or (b) in respect of development referred to in paragraph (2)(c) or (2)(d), on request from the Minister, submit(i) an EIS to accompany his or her application, and (ii) details of registration of the application requiring environmental impact assessment with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government.”
