Upon revocation of these Rules or the exemption therefrom of any forest area, the conditions set out in the new rule 6 apply; licences shall be approved only in respect of felling plans approved by the Chief Conservator of Forests and harvesting shall be allowed only if certain conditions regarding royalties are met.
