If a regulation imposing a levy is made, the Forest Act applies to the enforcement and collection of the levy as if it were stumpage payable under that Act. Section 110 of the Forest Act does not apply to this section The power to make regulations lies with the Lieutenant Governor in Council who may make regulations referred to in section 41 of the Interpretation Act.
