The present Regulation implements the Forts and Range Practices Act. The text consists of 13 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Provisions of Motor Vehicle Act applicable to forest service roads (2); Snowmobiles (3); Speed restriction (4); Use of 2-way radio (5); Traffic control devices (6); Maintenance of vehicles used on forest service roads (7); Vehicle identification (8); obstructions within a forest service road right of way (9); Vehicle identification (8); Obstructions within a forest service road right of way (9); Damage to roads (10); No works on right of way without a permit (11); Liability insurance (12); Offence (13).
