Abstract

This Regulation enacts provisions governing forest roads and is divided into 5 parts as follows: Part 1 - Definitions and Application; Part 2 - Road Layout and Design; Part 3 - Construction and Modification; Part 4 - Maintenance and Part 5 - Deactivation. Part 2 of this Regulation prescribes exemptions from the requirement of road permits, road use permits and a district manager approval of a road layout and design for construction, as provided for under the Forest Practices Code of British Colu
