Regulation 3 specifies prohibited acts on protected lands. The Minister may declare protected trees and protected minor forest produce (reg. 4). Other provisions concern forest fires, wind erosion areas, permits and licences for exploitation of forests, tenders, import and export of forest produce and penalties and some other matters.
