Part 2 regulates the delivery notes; delivery note under these Regulations means a note relating to the removal of Commission produce, and establishes the form, the information required, etc. Part 3 provides for the specific requirements relating to sawmills and establishes a prohibition to receive log timber from Commission land without delivery note. Part 4 specifies discipline on determination of quantity of Commission produce. Part 5 requires record of log timber receivals to be made.
