Abstract

These Rules specify in summarised form in the Schedule powers of forest officers, including he Chief Conservator of Forests, Deputy Conservators and Forest Officers in accordance with provisions of the Forest Act of 1927. Notwithstanding the description in the Schedule, Chief Conservator of Forests, and Conservators of Forests may exercise all, or any of the powers conferred on various categories of Forest Officers. (Five articles completed by one Schedule)
