The Regulations provide in general for permits and licences and related exemptions, for timber cutting licences, timber cutting permits, timber transport permits, mill licences, scaling licences and research licences. The Regulations set terms and conditions for licences and related charges, provide for the management of licences and also cover reforestation. The text consists of 63 sections and 2 Schedules.
