Abstract

This Act concerns the management and use of forests originally in the Northwest Territories and since 1999 adapted and amended by the Territory of Nunavut. The Act contains provisions on its administration and on the functions and powers of forest officers, forest management agreements, permits and licences, enforcement, offences and penalties and on the solution of disputes. The text consists of 53 sections.
