Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forest Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to forest licences. In particular, section 2 lists categories of applicants for restricted forest licences. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Categories of applicants for restricted forest licenses (2); Tenure ownership restrictions (3); Additional restrictions (4); Proof of eligibility (5).
