Abstract

In order to promote timber in privately-owned forests, funds annually drawn from the state budget, shall be made available for forest improvement works in the form of subsidy, loan or advance financing (sect. 1). The 47 sections of this Act are divided into 7 Paragraphs: General Stipulations (1); Types of Forest Improvement Works (2); Financing (3); Planning and Realization of Forest Improvement projects (4); Responsibility of Debt to the Government (5); The Management and Maintenance Duty (6); Certain Provisions (7).
