Abstract

The Lieutenant Governor in Council may enter into agreements with Canada, a Province or a person for the protection of forests from fire (sect. 4). Areas may be designated as restricted travel areas during a fire season (sect. 7). Section 16 deals with commercial refuse dumps. Forest officers may issue work permits for industrial operations in forests (sect. 18). (31 sections)
