In the fire risk season (from the moment of snow cover disappearance until the stable rainy period or snow cover appearance) shall be prohibited: (a) fire-making; (b) use highly inflammable wads for hunting; (c) burning out grass including agricultural burning. Timber cutters must timely carry out land clearing complying with the following requirements: (a) to carry out additional land clearing in spring in case of timber extraction in winter; (b) to pile up felling debris; (c) to burn felling debris in the fire-safe season.
