The present Regulations enter into force on 1 April 1987.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Forest Act. The Regulations lay down comprehensive provisions relating to the protection against forest fires. The text – consisting of 10 sections – deals with the following aspects: domestic burning permit, industrial burning permit, fire season and forest land.
