Abstract

This Ordinance provides for forest fire protection measures including all preventive and defensive measures to protect forests from fires. The document delves into the conduct expected during forest fires and prohibits smoking within forested areas. Section 2 details the responsibilities of forest owners in mitigating fire risks through appropriate preventative measures. Additionally, the Ordinance stipulates the responsibilities and authority of forest agencies, strategies for combating forest fires, and collaborative efforts across different sectors to enhance forest fire protection.
