Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Prairie and Forest Fires Act, 1982. In particular, the Regulations establish that for the purposes of clause 2(e.1) of the afore-mentioned Act, a fire greater than 100 hectares in area is prescribed as an escaped fire. The text consists of 3 sections.
