Abstract The present Ordinance implements the Bavarian Forestry Law. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the forest directory and forest protection directories. Article 1 establishes that the lower forest authorities keep in a file in coorporation with the land surveying offices the directory of all forests in the Free State of Bavaria according to article 2 of the Bavarian Forestry Law.
