Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to forest conservation fees. In particular, article 1 establishes that whoever carries out some transformations in a forest is due to pay financial compensation in form of a forest conservation fee. This amount shall be used to restore the protective and recreational function of the forest. The amount is established according to the degree of forest transformation. The text consists of 6 articles.
