It is divided into 4 parts as follows: 1 Definitions; 2 Application; 3 Interest and 4 Method of calculation. Section 130 of the Forest Act, deals with the recovery of money, and Liens, (money that is required to be paid to the government under specific circumstances). This money bears interest as prescribed in this Regulation which also sets out the method of calculation.
