Abstract This Law provides the rules for establishment the Vanuatu Foreign Investment Promotion Agency. The Agency will be in charge to advise governmental bodies on all matters related to foreign investment in Vanuatu and to promote a regulatory environment for investment, and to establish methods to assist foreign investors in obtaining permits, licences and approvals. The text lays out for the organisational structure of the Agency, and functions of different boards and officers.
