The application for a foreign investment approval certificate shall contain information, such as specific economic and social programs the applicant intends to implement for Palau to develop and conserve the land and marine resources. In case the Board grants a foreign investment approval certificate, the terms and conditions to be stipulated under the foreign investment approval certificate include the scope of utilization of domestic raw materials and natural resources.
