Identification marks shall be displayed on the vessel in accordance with directions on the licence and the owner or operator of the vessel shall keep a log of catch. A foreign fishing boat shall not fish within fifty nautical miles of the baselines of Bermuda. Conditions attached to a licence include: having aboard of position fixing and identification equipment; observers shall be allowed on board; an agent shall be appointed; entrance in or leaving of the EEZ shall be reported.
