Abstract

These Regulations provide for measures to fight and prevent foot and mouth disease affecting horse, ass, mule, ox, sheep, goat or other ruminating animal or pig. Regulation 3 introduces an obligation to give notice of diseased animals or suspicion of diseased animals, and imposes a similar duty on veterinary surgeons.
