Articles 3 and 4 of the principal Order, 2001shall not apply to the collection or feeding of swill that consists of or contains: (a) cereal grains, (b) edible material of plant or vegetable origin, (c) bread and dough (including biscuits), or (d) chocolate that is a product or by-product of brewing, baking or another industrial process and has not been mixed with or been in contact with an animal, animal product or any thing to which paragraphs (a), (b), (d) or (e) of Article 2 of the Principal Order applies.
