The vegetable and animal products specified in the Schedule are declared to be vegetable and animal products likely to convey or spread foot-and-mouth disease. (Schedule: "Any of the following products: hay; manure; bedding; fodder; hides; skins; milk or cream; bones; meat; whether dried or fresh, riems, horns or hoofs, game trophies or skins, blood, hair, meat offals, hide and skin pieces and trimmings")
