Abstract

The aim of the present Ordinance is to regulate hygienic requirements for foodstuff of animal origin sold in retail establishments. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to retail sale of meat (art. 2), milk (art. 3), eggs (art. 4), and fish (art. 5). The text consists of 7 articles.
